What are the hotel check-in/check-out and opening times?
The hotel is open 24 hours. Check-in is guaranteed at 3 p.m. and check-out by 11:30 a.m.
Can I get a late check-out?
Depending on our availability, a late check-out may be possible, on request, until 1 p.m. free of charge. For any request after 1 p.m., you will be charged for a full night.
Can I get an early check-in?
Depending on availability, early check-in before 3 p.m. is sometimes possible, free of charge and subject to availability. For check-in before 11 a.m., we recommend booking the room for the previous night.
What time is breakfast served?
Our breakfast buffet is available Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and Saturday and Sunday until 10:30 a.m.
An early bird breakfast (before 6:30 a.m.) can be requested and booked the day before.
We can also serve breakfast to your room, on request.
Is breakfast included in the price?
Breakfast is not included in our basic rate, except for our Be B&B offer.
The price is €13.90 per person, and €6.90 for children up to 12 years old.
Is your hotel adapted for people with reduced mobility?
To provide the very best conditions for all our guests, our hotel offers, on request, rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility. We also have a ramp for easier access to the hotel which our reception personnel will be happy to open on request.
Does the hotel have a restaurant?
The hotel does not have a restaurant. However, we do serve drinks and snacks 24/7, outside of breakfast hours.
Can I leave luggage at the hotel before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, we have a free 24-hour luggage storage facility.
Does the hotel have a car park?
No, we don’t have a car park. Several parking options are available, such as the Zenpark car park (Parking Paris, Olympiades, Tolbiac, 59 rue Tolbiac 75013).
A Vinci car park is also located under the François Mitterand library, 1 metro station or 12-minute walk away.
Does the hotel have Wi-Fi access?
Wi-Fi is available and free of charge throughout the hotel.
Can I request a particular room number?
Due to our planning, we cannot guarantee a specific room number. However, let us know which room you’d prefer and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How can I cancel or change my booking?
Terms and conditions regarding cancellations and changing bookings are stated on your booking confirmation. A link is included so that you can change and cancel directly.

Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
Does the hotel accept holiday vouchers?
Yes, the hotel accepts holiday vouchers but does not give change. We also accept ANCV connect.
Does the hotel have smoking rooms?
No, the hotel is completely non-smoking.
Is there a lift in the hotel?
Yes, our lift serves every floors.
Do all rooms have a safe?
Yes, we have a code-activated safe in every rooms
Are all rooms air-conditioned?
All our rooms are air-conditioned. When the hotel is in air-conditioning mode, all rooms have manual controls to adjust the air-conditioning.
When the hotel is in heating mode, all rooms have manual controls in each room to adjust the heating.
Is it possible to have 3 guests in a double room for example?
For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to exceed the number of people per room. A ZEN or UP double room can and should only accommodate two people, while a SUITE can accommodate up to three people.
If I am traveling with a child, can I request a cot?
A cot for children under 2 years of age is available (reservation required).
What is the nearest metro station to your hotel?
Olympiades metro line 14 is a 1-minute walk from the hotel. We are also 10 minutes from Nationale metro station on line 6, and from Tolbiac metro station on line 7.
