Since its opening in 2018, respect for the environment has been at the heart of our concerns. In the interest of minimizing the impact of our activity on the environment, we are in the process of obtaining the Green Key label and have made these commitments that are constantly evolving.

WE ARE RAISING AWARENESS AMONG OUR TEAM AND OUR GUESTS

  • Our team is trained in sustainable tourism issues, environmental preservation, and CSR
  • Our team is trained in eco-friendly practices to follow in daily tasks
  • We provide a brochure about the animal and plant species found in the surrounding area
  • We encourage our clients and our teams to use available public transportation: metro, buses, and Velib’

WE STRIVE FOR SUSTAINABLE USE OF WATER AND ELECTRICITY

  • The air conditioning and heating system is centralized and maintains maximum comfort.
  • We have installed flow reducers on faucets and showers to better manage the water resource
  • We read our water and electricity meters every month to better manage our consumption.
  • All of our lighting is LED, allowing for energy savings and similar comfort for our guests.
  • We have installed motion detectors in common areas to limit energy waste.
  • Sheets are not changed systematically; housekeeping service is adjustable.

WE LIMIT AND SORT OF WASTE

  • All our rooms and common areas are equipped with sorting bins
  • We sort organic waste in the kitchen
  • We limit individually packaged products at breakfast and in our rooms
  • We limit paper printing

  • We offer vegetarian options for breakfast and on our snack menu.
  • The products used for the maintenance of the hotel are all eco-labeled, providing better air quality and fewer health risks.
  • Our establishment is completely non-smoking.
  • Our in-room hygiene products are eco-labeled.
  • The flooring in the rooms is made from recycled plastic material.

Participation in the “Quartier Moineaux” for the rehabilitation of this species, with the installation of a nesting box on our facade.
