Our breakfast buffet is a morning break to start the day, fusing urban flavours with the relaxed charm of the bivouac.
For an eclectic start to the day, we offer a tempting mix of the savoury and the sweet.
All-you-can-eat buffet or served on a tray in your room, Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 10:00, Saturday and Sunday from 07:00 to 10:30.

- 3 varieties of organic cereals
- Hard boiled & scrambled eggs, as well as muffins, pancakes & madeleines
- Spreads for bread: a selection of jams, honey, organic spread, organic maple syrup
- Organic hot drinks: Bean to cup coffee machine, selection of organic teas, hot chocolate
- Vegetarian options available on request: gluten-free bread, almond milk
